How it Works - English

Language Line is available from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Language Line is a telephone interpreting service to improve communication between clients and officials of the participating agencies. Language Line is free to the client.

Language Line allows clients with little or no English to ask for a telephone interpreter. The interpreter is avaiable only on the telephone.

To access Language Line call orvisit the desired agency, ask for the language you want and wait. An interpreter is usually available withn two mintues to help you talk to the agency.
