Nominations Database

This section of the website explains our Nominations Database and how you can join. The Office of Ethnic Affairs considers it important that public sector boards are representative of the diversity of communities in New Zealand.

Public sector board positions require high levels of skills and experience. The skills and experience required may include governance experience in a business, community or relevant professional group and or specialist qualifications and work experience, e.g. chartered accountant, lawyer, engineer, financial manager, registered health professional or research scientist. See below for more detail. Only those CVs that demonstrate the required skills and experience will be included in the Nominations Database.

The database is not a job search website or a jobs database. The database is only for New Zealand citizens or permanent residents in New Zealand.
